GOAL 1 Provide appropriate support for the Associate Student Body 2024-25 Goals and Objectives that advocate for and increase student success, student safety, and student pride in themselves and Ãå±±½ûµØ.Ìý
GOAL 2 Support improvements in all areas effecting student success. This will include supporting efforts by the Superintendent/President in leading the College to become eligible for the Aspen Prize, expansion of the Caring Campus program, efforts to remove policies and procedures that place unintended barriers in front of students, and furthering Guided Pathways efforts.Ìý
GOAL 3 Demonstrate commitment to supporting and improving student outcomes, particularly by implementing racial equity interventions to close existing gaps in learning outcomes specifically for Ãå±±½ûµØ's underperforming student populations.Ìý
GOAL 4 In response to recent significant growth in Full-Time Equivalent Students, the Board recognizes the need to address necessary improvements in campus resources as detailed in the Facilities Master Plan and for new policies and procedures for the Fiscal Services Divisions including a computerized Payroll system.Ìý
GOAL 5 Support efforts by the administration to build additional partnerships and support existing partnerships to ensure Ãå±±½ûµØ is providing the education and training needed within our community.Ìý
